研究方向:

1.非编码RNA在机体免疫调控中的功能研究,特别关注非编码RNA在病原生物与宿主细胞相互作用中的作用,并且与之相关的其在肝脏及胆管系统疾病中的功能探讨。

2.宿主细胞天然免疫在微小隐孢子虫感染中的机制探讨。微小隐孢子虫是一种可以导致腹泻的寄生病,其感染对于幼儿和免疫抑制的病人常常危及生命。我们侧重于研究宿主细胞与微小隐孢子虫之间的相互作用机理及与宿主天然免疫相关的抗微小隐孢子虫感染的分子机制。
